The motel was very quiet, did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Centrally located and easy to get to and from local hospital/rehabilatation home (purpose of our stay).
Somewhat typical uncomfortable motel room bed. Strange "Indian food" smells in hallways.
Staff was pleasant and didn't get bothered by anyone. no noise complaints either.
could have used more pillows.
I thought it was a good value. I could get 2 rooms there for the cost of a single at most of the bigger chains.
Parking spots seemed very narrow!
Handy for the max, and relatively cheap. Within walking distance of a great Mexican restaurant, too.
It's a cheap motel, and as such you get the problems that go with it. The place tends to smell heavily of Lysol and the vending machines are awful.
Large, clean rooms, economical, internet access
The room smelled like urine. The sheets had hair and a large stain on them. We slept in our clothes and tried not to touch anything.
It was clean, comfortable, very quiet, staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay.
Customer service was excellent - cleanliness - everything was super clean, friendly staff.
While not the most luxurious motel by any means, it was certainly an excellent value for the price. We would definately stay there again when we are in this area.
I wish that they had coffee pots in the room.
The office hours were different than most i've stayed at. No coffee available in the rooms or in the office and when it was it was only one cup at a time. could not use the wi-fi that was advertised as well.
The room was spacious, clean and bright. Bathroom was handicap accessible, and the rooms were accessed through the hall after entering the facility. I view this as an important safety feature! Linens were immaculate and room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Refrigerator was large and new, as was the microwave oven.
No place for hanging clothes, no coffemaker, televison was small and outdated.
A place to sleep
Parking limited. Room door locks, only one worked. End door was held open by a block of wood during the day and and you were unable to access that door at night because it didn't even have a lock, just a hole....Really disappointed in overall upkeep..
It was easy to find and reasonably priced.
The morning coffee was not ready on time, and it was weak.
No coffee or snacks availible in the morning.
The Dunes Hotel is an older facility but was clean and was a descent place to say for a night while passing through.
